I think all pumps run at 100% if the PWM signal is removed. That should be fine. After all, they are built to run at that level and you can buy non PWM ones and run them on setting 5.

Isn't connected
That's why I can't fully bleed all the air
Out of my GPU block
Until I have pwm control to speed my pumps up
Mine are both d5

I have an old xspc vario d5 that I used to run without the pwm at the setting I put it to on the base of the pump. Depends on the make and model of the pump. I know my Alphacool D5 runs at 100% without the PWM plug, but at present I run the 1080 and a 480 Monsta off my D5 Next in my case. I picked up a cheap Arctic Fan hub, and ran the fans into that, and then a 4 Pin Pwm extension back to my Pc case and D5 pump so I can control the fan speeds via Aquasuite

I'm using a different pump atm because it's in my nr200p and the d5 thing wouldn't fit. But I remember trying to fill my loop without motherboard power and it would run extremely slow, so slow it would hardly move put of the reservoir.
