Mobile phone repair gurus help please

Well I actually I don't need to fix a phone but need an answer for a odd question. What is the proper name for the buttons that lie underneath the keys that make them click and makes contact with the board when you press them?

I need these buttons to fix my ipod home button

That's what I thought at first but doesn't seem like it. The youtube video I watched, the guy had a pack of these silver buttons :confused:
