Mobile phone upgrade time - which of these should I pick?

the X6s build quailty is very very poor ( I looked at it myself) and it just seems a very bad phone looking at review (consumer)

I would personally go for a monte ( looks a real nice phone) or one of the BBs

Well, there may still be some with an LED screen in the stockpiles on certain networks, you could call and ask?
