A couple of buttons on my My Sony K550i stopeed working today. I have a Flext contract through T-Mobile (bought online) whihc started in October.

So, if I take it into a T-Mobile shop I assume they wil fix it for free (bring under 12 months old) or will they replace it?

The buttons that are broke are not vital but still annoying so need to know if I will have to leave it with them or if they will swap it there and then?

Thanks in advance.

I had a similar issue with a Samsung phone - but from o2. They wanted to send my phone away but would not provide a replacement whilst it was either fixed or replaced. Depending on the nature of the fault I think they will either fix it or replace.

Don't know how it works ith O2 or T-Mobile, but with Vodafone, if you take it to a shop they send it away but if you phone vodafone directly they arrange for a courier to exchange it the next day.

thanks for the replies guys. I think I will give t-mobile a phone then and see what they say. hopefully they'll arrange a courier.

i thought the buttons weren't vital but seems i need them more than i thought :p
