Mobile Speed Camera

Surely they can do him for no seatbelt 3 times in the same journey. They may as well set up 10 fixed speed cameras 1 foot after each other and it will be insta ban for anyone. and 30 point and £600 fine.
 
The only ticket you will get for not wearing a seat belt is a £60 non-endorsable ticket (and that would be issued by a Police Officer who stopped you).

Endorsable tickets = fine + points.
Non-endorsable tickets = fine.

It was a mobile speed camera! There is a bloke in side the van.

And yeh even im doubting the story now i think about it more tbh.
