Hi all,

My mobile phone can't be used as I'm abroad at the moment. I would like to use a native sim card, but was wondering how I go about doing this. Would I be able to phone up the network in question and tell them to pause the 'service' without paying anything? The network is Orange.

Any help would be much appreciated.

why not just buy a sim card? or a pay as you go phone from wherever you are?
Did you even read his post?

Yeah phone up orange and the retentions department can suspend your account for a minimum period of 3 months and a maximum of 6, if you don't phone up after 6 months to sort it out you may lose your number + get charged the remaining line rental period of the contract.

You can only suspend your account after being with the network for 3 months.

Can anyone do me a huge favour and find Orange's number for this matter? The Internet is so slow here and my brother isn't cooperating on MSN. Is there a number that can be called that isn't an automated service? I would appreciate it very much.
