Hi,
I've been with Orange for nearly 6 years. I've been due for an update since April 2012 and I completely forgot about it.

I want to upgrade my phone (I have a iPhone 4 and would like the new 5S) but obviously if I take out a new contract, they will add 18/24 months to my contract. How can I capitalise on the fact that I've been due an upgrade from nearly 18 months ago?

Should I call Orange cancellation and ask for a deal?

if you go with orange 5S they'll put you on EE and although the speed is good the lack of unlimited data sucks plus there customer service is pretty much non-existent. Just thought id drop in my two pence

Just hold on to the 4S for now and ask Orange to move to a SIM only plan, should cut your bill in half. Then when the 5S is out call up and get it

If yours expired that long ago, you should have gone sim only then. You'll just have to strike up a new deal with whoever when the new 5s hits the streets, then pop into poundstretcher for a magnification device :-P

Incorrect the customers have the choice to go EE or stay as is

+1 Agree

There is 100% nothing to capitalise on as it was your lost opportunity to renew.

+1 another one for Myshra, Customer relations will 100% not back date any upgrade on the grounds it was due a while ago :)
