Hey, hey - i have just got this deal too.
However, i have placed 2 orders with them and they have messed up both!
I ordered the deal as above, but before hitting submit i called them and specifically stated i need to port my number over - talk me through it. Pretty simple they say, add your exiting number hit the check box stating you want to port and 'we'll take care of everything else'.
I call the following day to make sure the order has gone through as requested - order yes, no mention of porting the number. So they say that it isn't a problem and they will send a new sim. Sim is received and put in phone, 12 hours later i'm still not connected. I call them and they say they will email their connections team and to give it overnight. That is where we are currently at with that order.
My 2nd order - i took out a sim only for my lads phone - i chased the order up to find it is 'on hold' as they couldn't believe i had ordered a contract phone and then a sim - er why? But they say they have released that order and it will be with me tomorrow.
So, basically i am sat with my S6 and can't do anything with it
