From Guy Ritchie's recent stuff I loved The Gentlemen film, never got round to watching the series though. Liked Wrath of Man. Disliked Fountain of Youth, Ministry of Ungentlemanly warfare and Operation Fortune: Ruse de Guerre. Obviously loved the older gangster stuff like Lock Stock, Snatch and RocknRolla.

Not watched or enjoyed nearly every Paramount+ series to date.

Is this show for me?

edit: I've just watched the trailer in the OP, but not really read any other comments in the thread either (in case of spoilers!).

It's nothing like other other guy Ritchie stuff as he didn't write any of it, just directed a few episodes and was an exec producer i think. Seems to be very marmite, i struggled with the 1st 3 myself but it picks up, just got a couple of episodes left personally

first 3 eps are great probably 9/10 then it slowly falls off to a 6 by the end of the series.

more like a weird dark comedy by then, it's more like 2 grumpy old men who live next door to each other moaning all the time.

Finished this last night, silly and over the top but really enjoyed it.
Last ep spoiler Q - What happened to Eddie? He wasn't with the girls when they fled the safehouse.

I finished this last night, story is rather over the top and took a while to fully draw me in, but admittedly I was hooked by episode 6-7

I can’t tell if I dislike Pierce Brosnan’s acting or just the character he’s portraying but something about him seems off

Either way I’ll be watching season 2
