Mobo and gfx card addition?

Am about to order the following

BFG GeForce 8800 GTS
Asus P5B Deluxe
Intel Core 2 DUO E6400
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz

Is the gfx card compatible with the mobo and will I be able to upgrade at a later date and use another gfx card with it.
In other words,will 2 nvidia cards go on that mobo at a later date?

oh and what u think of the combination?

you can't use SLi on that mobo, you will need a nVidia 680i chipset'd mobo for that
