It will fit perfectly fine. Plenty of space so it won't interfere with the SATA ports and the Southbridge heatsink will not get in the way too.

And since it is a P43 chipset motherboard, its great for people on a low budget and it will handle games and graphics work fine if you have other decent hardware with it.

With a bit more budget, you could go for the newer UD3X sries motherboards.
