The OC is easily the best board out of those. It overclocks like a beast if the CPU is up to it.

The bundle seems fine too.

Two SSD's is that an error or you will be using them both?

I don't think you need the additional two fans or fan controller, the P280 is a good case and has high/low fan speeds (on the rear of the case) for the supplied fans.

also what is the best way to do a clone of main ssd when i have got all my programs on need it to be easy

Well I hate windows 8+8.1 personally. But you can download a 90day enterprise evaluation copy of 8.1 to try before you buy.

I think the samsung SSD's come with cloning software?

I think all Z87 boards will achieve that speed.
