mobo of this spec needed

Hi

I need a mobo that fits these requirements. Oc'ing is NOT a requirement for the board.

. run a p4 sockett 755 cpu
. pci-E graphics
. must be intel chipset but failing that anything that DOESN'T have a via chipset
. 4 sata II ports & must have raid
. must be as cheap as possible

Any ideas which boards would do the above?
