Modding Old Computer Case

There is an old computer case in my house from the HP DX5150 Desktop (SFF) and Mini-towers computer. It accepts a Regular atx psu and m-atx motherboard
I'll need to somehow change the front panel connections as they are OEM
Do you think I should do it?

From someone that's tried adapting an old case, cases such as the shinobi and the z9 are cheap enough that you might as well just get one of them...
