Modem keeps losing connection

Hey guys..

Weird problem here, recentley i've been having problems with my internet. I'm using a Surfboard SB5100E with a Linksys WRT54GSV4 router (Firmware Tomato 2.21).

Basically whenever the modems active e.g on Xbox Live, downloading, gaming, the connection will drop randomly and the modem reboots itself

I've tried checking router, resetting to default, reinstalling firmware etc with no luck

I just tried modem direct to 360 still happens.

I'll give it a shot, though I hate talking to tech support because their suggestions are sometimes retarded.
