The SH2 is good.
You might need to get creative at claiming there's a fault to get a call out. Unplug the modem and phone them saying there's no lights on it or something and see how that goes.
Ahh that'd work. They may send out a replacement power brick thoughI mean leave it connected to the coax and kill the power. I can't see how they could argue that it's unplugged vs. a broken power brick.
What's wrong the usual option of sticking their router into modem mode and adding your own router?
If it doesn't work in modem mode then it's presumably faulty, and they should replace it without needing to invent imaginary faults.
Are they refusing to replace it, or are they just refusing to provide a FOC upgrade to the SH2?
Which they are refusing to give me. Even though we had our internet upgraded well after the release of the super hub 2.
Weird, we just phoned up and asked for it and are on 60mbit package.
