They are a lot of use actually. They cut down on the workload a lot and they prove a decent breeding-ground for Dons too. Show whether someone is able to carry out duties fairly and take on the workload

Yeah, I have seen this stuff happen before many a time. Pre year 2000 def.

Or, I'd come back and it had already happened. Then trying to find out or ask was like sticking your head above the parapit
