Most people bash MW2 either because - its too hard for them to deal with the multi-layered game play or more validly the crap match making/hosting and amount of people cheating, but mostly I find people bash it not because its bad but because they lack the ability to deal with the perks and killstreaks.
 
Mhh, there's always a CoD game on the horizon, relentless! Hope it's not just the same 'spam key to do x y z' like the past few.
 
Lol at the ones who keep saying Battlefield will "prevail".

I wouldn't expect much, from looking at the videos it just looks like another BC2, and we all know how that went. ;)
 
Definitely going to refrain from purchasing anything more from this **** series of games. I bought MW2 after thinking MW1 was utter crap, and even after that i still bought black ops...biggest waste of £35 EVER!

This time though luckily there are lots of games im anticipating....bf3 and portal 2 to name a few, so i'll save my money for those :)
 
I loved the CoD 1, 2 & 4. I only played the SP on a friends 360. I gave in to the hype of BLOPS and was dissapointed.

I think i am done with the CoD as a series. It was actually Black Ops that got me to try BFBC2 and i am way more interested in BF3 this year.

If MW2 had the same dedi servers as MW1 and they got rid of akimbo, toned down the effectiveness of tubing, and changed a few other things it would easily be my favourite FPS ever.

I actually prefer the killstreaks in MW2 than MW1.
 
It's never going to be good with the way they are production-lining the series. Making one a year just means the people (or mugs, if prefered) buying it are really just beta testing it for them like Black Ops. I will never buy another COD game again because they are so rushed. I would prefer a game where the developing team have taken their time with it, ironed out bugs, tested & tweaked the multiplayer and thought of less of the paycheck and more of making a game that stands the test of time.

Now it's make the gameplay as generic-on-rails & as short as possible, with the buggiest multiplayer they can tack on as an afterthought and rush it out for all the fanboys at least once a year.

Beta Ops was the final straw for me and from now on Battlefield 3 and the series will be getting my cash. :mad:
