Modifying Windows 7 Volume Control

Hey, I just got my new keyboard, a Logitech K340. It's brilliant, just the volume control is a little annoying but I think it's a windows problem. Basically when you hold FN and tap either volume key, the increments are too small to make a big difference, and when you press and hold there is a big lag in between it moving the first increment, and then scrolling the slider up or down.

I've spent a good while searching for an app, and I just thought I'd ask here, anyone know how to either remove the lag/wait or increase the increment?

Have you got the Logitech SetPoint software installed? I found that this affected things like volume control, and even the middle click on my mouse to open new tabs.

There is a small delay from when I use the volume control on my KB, but literally about 0.25s

Try it without the software if it's installed.
