Might be a stupid question, but you do get the cables with it don't you?

Just asking because I saw a post of somebody ordering a Corsair 800W and they said the sleeved cables were also bought (implying they were not provided)
 
Yeah unless stated otherwise.

Sleeved cables implied the ones provided weren't already, which is why the person bought some additional ones or if they wanted some of another colour :P

Thank you, I presume a Corsair Builder 500W cables would be sleeved also?

Is there any Corsair PSU that are fully modular? (No permanently attached cables)

Also, what connections are the cables that are permanently attached? I'm guessing 24 pin, 8 pin and 6pin??

It will have sleeving on the cables.
I think you read that someone bought a corsair individually sleeved cable upgrade kit. (tx/hx/ax/axi etc)

The attached connectors on a semi-modular depend on the design.

I'll stick with semi modular then, not too bothered. I was looking at XFX, Seasonic and Corsair. Some say go for the other two, some say Corsair are good enough.

I am wanting to buy a Corsair case, so just makes sense (to me anyway) to match the two together.

I had a feeling that would be the "case" ;)
Seasonic and XFX are both great.
As you can see the Seasonic isn't cheap and the XFX is out of stock.
Corsair is still an option.
