Mold & pregnancy?

Mould where? We get some on window frames and I use this (detol mould and mildew):

I thought infantile eczema was hereditory?
 
We actually have mould in this house...its rented, and the landlord is well aware of the mould...in fact I actually developed breathing issues late last year, its getting better now (due to it no being as damp etc)..So its got me a little worries! :p

Whats the best thing to use those? As above? Detol mould and mildew? Or just use some bleach with something else? What then? As the mould is 'in' the paper now I think (ie stained)

Sucks really, landlord does squat all about it and just says wash it down...

It's my first (rented) house to be honest, ive asked him about it, ive asked him about the fact the windows are constantly dewey (apparently its 'normal' in this house) so we have to leave the windows ajar all year round basically...

It is stupid, and it didn't start until a few months later as it was May when we moved in last year, and everything had been paited over, and you can tell this is true as when you wash the wall the paint comes straight off =/

I'm hoping i can use this against them for when we move out..as the house was dirty to begin with

EDIT: Oh and apparently the insulation is all fine
