According to the dropdown when you hover over his name, it states he's only been suspended from Shropshire.

There's no luck about it. The fact that you're still browsing and posting on an Internet forum in 2023 is proof enough that what is being done is right.

This place is the way it is (popular, with a unique character, and not irrelevant) due to the lack of what I believe would otherwise be reckless change.

I've been posting here for almost 20 years so I get that :) I honestly didnt think the ask of adding a couple of female avatars to the forum would entirely break everything

I don't lie.

The avatar set was put together by a mod team with over 500 years combined experience of the OcUK forums over a three month period. It wasn't just knocked up by some random in half an hour.

We're not going to just add female avatars on a whim to fulfil a perceived quota.

Why are there no gender neutral avatars? What about those who identify as inanimate objects? There is a lack representation and diversity in the avatars.

I don't really care. I'm happy with those which are being used. It's meaningless other than to warn you when a noob is posting something, so you probably want to ignore it mostly.

Tbh I haven’t had Avatars visible for years and certainly since the big refresh. Also no signatures either. Certainly tidies up the forum for me.
