Momentum scrolling in safari?

Is there a way to do this on a unibody mac, i noticed the new mouse lets you do this and thought it would be nice if i could do it with my trackpad.

Without insulting anyones intelligence, watch this vid and see about 48 seconds in for what i mean if your not sure

I've been tempted to try this application many times before but I have been turned off by the fact that it uses Application Enhancer by Unsanity who seems to have a bad reputation

Smart Scroll works ok 99% of the time, momentum scrolling/coasting is effective, but messes with your eyes a bit because of the screen flicker. However, there is a custom adjustable setting to counteract this in the preferences, but I've not found a perfect solution yet. Also, on my MBP it seems a bit temperamental with Firefox, sometimes it will just stop working, and then requires a restart of Firefox to get going again. Overall it's pretty good and I don't know of any alternatives at present
