Monaco Grand Prix 2013, Monte Carlo - Race 6/19

Raikkonen gone to new softs.
Pretty much everyone else in the top 10 on used super softs.

Only other exceptions are:
Di Resta, Ricciardo, Grosjean, Bottas, Guiterrez - new super softs
Hulkenberg, Chilton, Van Der Garde - New softs

These rules have changed a lot over the last few years. It used to be 2 hours and red flags didn't stop the clock, but that cut races short. So they made it 2 hours but red flags did stop the clock, but then Canada happened and went on for ages. So now its a 2 hour limit on racing, but a 4 hour hard limit from lights out if the race is stopped. Basically they have 4 hours in which to fit 2 hours or 200 miles (160 at Monaco) of racing.

A little quicker? Not even a lap or so has passed before the race was red flagged and agreed to let him back through.
