Monaco Grand Prix 2016, Monte Carlo - Race 6/21

In one lap Hamilton pulls 5 seconds from Rosberg in the conditions that define the good drivers.

Do people still think Rosberg deserves to be leading the championship?

How is Rosberg that slow?

He's not a great driver, rain is where driver talent shows over cars. The cars are tire/fuel limited in most dry conditions with easy to drive cars. In the rain it's like 90% driver feel, reacting to changing conditions, they are driving miles under tire/fuel/car conditions and the driver is the difference and Rosberg is absolutely nowhere.

If the regs were different and the cars had very hard tires that slid around in corners like they used to, Rosberg would look terrible imho. He's likely going to end up a world champion based purely off the car and horrible luck for Hamilton, which is why I don't place a huge amount of credibility to world titles or points. You can see how well a guy is driving on track regardless of where he finishes. A guy can drive great and get 12th or poorly and win, depends on so many other things.
