His tyre looks as bad as Hamilton’s.

As long as Hamilton’s tyres don’t explode I don’t see how anyone can get by. Everyone behind him will have pretty tired tyres too.

Apparently that's what caused the incident. Bottas slowed down to enable the double stack so Red Bull had no choice but to try an unsafe release... or lose a place to Vettel.
