Hi there,

my lovely wife has done something stupid and i've just found out about it, She wanter to buy something off a auction site but did not want to wait for the ending day, so she email the person and ask if they could end it early and other them a price!, they did but week and half later no item! no emails nothing about it!..

Where does she stand with paypal? if she can get her money back from them or not as the money was sent as goods?. Do you think she can get her money back or not?.

I think it divorce time now!...

I know it's been bank holiday and lots of snow but why ain't he/she contacted my wife saying that they have sent it!, she has sent about 10 emails now, this all started on the 27/12/10.

I am a police office so I know what I have to do but I want to know what else can be done be4 that route..

The seller has not reply to any emails since he got the money my wife has told me.
