I've upgraded my 24" Packard Bell to 27" BenQ GW2760HS but the BenQ base is too high, is there an alternative base I can purchase which can fit the BenQ monitor?

If it is vesa compatible then get another stand for £30, I did as my DGM came with a terrible one. I'll look at your model.

Edit: Your monitor is vesa compatible, 100x100mm so just go on google. :)

Just went onto my history and this is what my stand is called for Allcam MMS01, decent stand for £30 does height and tilt + is sturdy as hell.

Thanks, looks like a good stand but wish it was square or oval base, what material is the base?

If you can get a Dell Vesa mount grab it, the one on my 2407 Ultrasharp was excellent.
The Dell Vesa mount is in silver colour?

EDIT: I've looked at the MMS01 mount online and people seem to say 23-24" is the maximum and any over that will topple over

The base is metal, the whole base is metal.
