Hi All I,m really in a dilema about what type of monitor to get , so here is the info :

I,m not a gamer so not sure if getting a 3D 120hertz type would be worth it ?
but i watch dvd;s and Blu Rays and was thinking about the 3D films coming out ?

I also know that IPS screens are better quality pictures , but lower response times , so its either a TN panel or IPS which way to go ?
plus i,m not a lover of the glossy reflective panels that most of the 120hz are.

Oh and i,m only after a 23 or 24 inch size

Definitely IPS tbh. The image quality will generally be a good deal better and the lower response time will not negatively effect the movie/TV watching experience as modern IPS panels are still fast enough to prevent ghosting being seen.

As for 3D, it is cool - but I suggest you test it out with a 3D film on a 23-24in 120Hz monitor and see if you personally feel it is worth the cash. The effect is cool - but with only 23-24 inches to play with, the effect will not be as impressive as in the cinema.
