Get at least a 160Hz monitor, I'd also try looking at deals for B grade/refurb units on here and elsewhere for the best deal at that price range.

Tough to beat right now, just hold in mind the "HDR" on the model is marketing more than anything else and I'd recommend disabling it via the O/S, you're not getting good HDR on a monitor outside of OLED or the very rare FALD based displays for a lot more money.
Anything else in the price range that I can see will be a VA panel, they almost always suffer from ghosting issues which once seen are difficult to ignore. That said, some people do prefer them for the black depths and lesser light bleed that IPS panels tend to suffer.
Give this a read to get a grasp of what each panel type offers and choose accordingly:
