37" 4k. High enough resolution and ppi that you can use it as a monitor and (just) about big enough for use as a tv from 10ft.

I'm not aware of any 37" 4K monitor. What about 40"? If you can fit 40", there are LOADS of 40" 4K TV's that will do the job, and a handful of monitors too.
