Completely unrelated but I’ve got around £1500 to splash on the tower and I just called up overclocks and they said they can’t recomend a fully customised tower but they’ve said this is a really good system at a good price etc. I wonder if anyone has any thoughts? I’ve never heard or researched the gpu or cpu because it’s new, I was previously only really looking at Ryzen 2700x/8600k and 1080ti/1080.

Yes mate that's a very good PC for the price . Are you open minded to building yourself ? I can spec one up for you on that budget :)

I actually ended up wanting a 2080 with that build which took me around 1700 (which is fine but it’s quite a lot)! I’d be very happy to see what you’d suggest building, definitely!

The only things I’d say is that I’d lose the 2080, and I’d still need to add windows + build it (for the same price as the prebuilt system).
