Monitor/GPU suggestions

Got money for christmas so i finally can afford a monitor and graphics card upgrade
Curently using my brothers 6850 but he'l be wanting that back soon enough.

I have about £300-£350
And ideally id like a 22-23" monitor with a hdmi input.
And probably a 6950
