monitor losing hdmi connection for split second

as per title, it happens on two different monitors, on gpu and onboard gpu, any ideas....

Mine does this too. Has for years and the only common thing is the motherboard as I'm sure it's happened over several cards. I was told to drop the OC down a bit which reduced the frequency of occurrence, but didn't solve it entirely.

nope no other appliances gadgets behaving oddly im afraid
