I do not know what to get. I currently have two 19" Samsung monitors that are coming on 5 years old now, they still run 1440x900 resolution 
Money is an issue because it will be going on the credit card because I have no money.
But I would like your advice on what is the best purchase for my requirements. What I don't want is to buy one or the other and then six months later wish I had bought the other option
The options are:
Dell Ultrasharp U2311H 23"
OR
Dell UltraSharp U2711 27"
OR
Optoma HD200X 1080p projector.
If I get a projector then I will probably only use it for watching movies and tv shows etc and "probably" won't use it for gaming or for general browsing, because i am used to sitting at a desk.
If i buy the 23" then it might be too small too watch movies on as i sit on a leather couch about 2m away from the screen, although i am used to watching them on a 19" for years already.
I am thinking the 27" would be the best option because it is the best of both worlds. But then if i am paying that much for a monitor, I could get a projector for nearly the same price and that is a massive size difference.
Any thoughts that could assist me ?
