Would one of you lovely chaps or chapettes please explain to me how exactly you go about overclocking a monitor? I've seen it mentioned several times on these forums but I have no idea how you would go about it, if there are only particular monitors / gfx cards that can do it etc....

I'm looking to get a 24' monitor in the near future and I was considering getting a 120hz one but ultimately the significant increase in price is a bit of a turn off. Any recommendations for a 24" one that's under £200 and could be overclocked via my 560ti 448?

I'd love to get a 120hz monitor but with the cheapest ones being about £300 I find it hard to justify spending that much money. I understand it's the best option I'm just trying to see if there's a "ghetto" solution to this!

Would you be able to make some recommendations on what I should be looking for or specific monitors that would be good?

You sure? I've JUST found the XL2420T for £249.99 + P&P + VAT - Bargain!

249+ vat is 299, I can't justify spending that kind of money. I'd get a 120hz straight away if that was different but unfortunately it's not!

Any suggestions with the criteria I have?
