Hello guys,

Was thinking of buying a new monitor but heard that the larger I go, the slower my games are going to go? I have an overclocked GTX 8800 for graphics card and 3ghz dual core, 2gb RAM. The choice is between a 22" or a 24", I'm worried that if I go for a 24" though, my games are gonna start slowing down and I like to play them on the highest resolution etc.

Are my worries justified regarding the slow-down on games? Is there gonna be a big difference between 24 and 22? I've also heard loads about a tft lag so don't want to get a tft due to an interest on online fps.

With that in mind, what do you think would be the best option?

Thank you, I value your feedback! :D

No way not on an 8800 gtx go for the 24".
Remember you'll have your monitor longer than your graphics card.
Stick to the dell 24" on this site can't go wrong really cheapest on the net
and 4 years warranty.
A 22" 2ms panel should have less ghosting than a 24" though.

C64 (or anyone for that matter), any idea of the dead/stuck pixel warranty on my less than a day old 2407WFP?
I have one red stuck pixel, tried rubbing, pressure, flashing colours for a long time now and its still there, thinking about sending it back if i can.

I thought dell offered 0 dead pixel policy ?
check warranty info and or ring them up is best bet.

OK thanks, haven't had a chance to read into everything yet, too excited with monitor and bioshock :P
As for 22 vs 24, i took my 22" samsung (non panel letter) back to return it for this 24" dell, the colours and viewing angles are FAR better.
