Monitor question??

Going building a rig with a 680 or 2 670 SLI and i dont do a lot of gaming because i have a pretty **** laptop at the moment but i can see myself getting into gaming when i have something that can handle it.

My question is will it be a waste using a Dell UltraSharp U2412M on the 680/
2x670 setup for gaming?
Would it be a better use of the GPU's to get a 120hz monitor(or 2)??

What are 120hz monitors like for general browsing nd watching videos??

videos aren't filmed or made in 120fps afaik. movies are 23.xxxfps with frame blending for example. general browsing is lovely lovely. the difference is very visible, though the jump to 120 isn't as visible as going back to 60. going back to 60 feels like i'm on a sluggish computer or something
