I was playing around with my onboard graphics when I changed the refresh rate from 100 to 144hz and now I only get a black screen. Its a windows 10 machine with onboard intel graphics only.
Any ideas how I can change it back to normal so I can see something
Edit: I can boot no problems using HDMI but the monitor is Display Port only
