Monitor Risers but half the width?

I am trying to find something like this

but half the width

i got an idea on organising my external DVD drive, along with my memory card reader and a few other things


if i had something like this it would free up some space


any suggestions?

Or a trip to homebase for some contiboard/wood (possibly offcuts) and chrome pipe (you can get small legs but they're probably too big).

Or for glass possibly a small glass shelf and something that could be epoxied to it for the legs.

I read the opening post as you wanting to lift the monitor up on a shelf to get the DVD drive and memory card reader under it. Please make your opening post less ambiguous.
 
I already have a monitor arm

i wanted a tiny stand for my DVD drive and memory card reader etc

i did not mention anything about rising the monitor up
 
To be fair, the combination of the title and initial post do make it like you want a small riser for your monitor with the drive and reader being tidied within that.

cant take a pic because i have confidential information under my screen lol

but yeah, monitor is already lifted up

just want something small with maybe 1 shelf or 2 to put my drive on etc
 
I can't see a glass place charging much to cut one to your exact spec tbh. Ask some places which make custom mirrors. No compromise, get exactly what you want!
 
Thanks for the thread ShiWarrior. I didn't know these existed but I have now found the exact product in your OP. 38cm and 56cm seem to be the 2 standard sizes and I have ordered the 38cm version. I wanted something that I could push my small laptop-style keyboard underneath as a desk-tidy.
