How long does it usually take to turnaround? I've been waiting since Monday for an update, parcel shows signed for but on my account it still says item not received. I rang on Wednesday only to be told it would be dealt with and then the phone put down on me yet still nothing. Tried calling today but couldn't get through to anyone, left a webnote Thursday morning still no response.

Mods/users any advice?

Sunday night dude, no-one is going to be in to help you, i'm sure this will get spotted early morning and dealt with, in recent years ocuk have been good, but like in everything, you have some that are better than others at helping.

Anyway you should post in OcUK Customer Service > Component Technical Support
