Coolermaster GP27-fqs can be had for £429 on sale. It is 2560x1440p 165hz and mini LED so should have decent HDR.

If not urgent keep an eye on the Alienware AW2723DF which is a 2560x1440p 280hz monitor that does drop under £400 on sale.
