I have a 20" Viewsonic and want to mount it to the wall with up and down tilt and left and right swivel (over around 45 degrees) whilst still being pretty flat to the wall. Any suggestions on a good cheap one?

Ones in the shops seem to be aound £60 which seems to be extraordinarily expensive for a hinge whilst ones online seem to be a lot cheaper but obviously you can't see what they actually look like.

:)

I got a Technika one from Tesco that does exactly what you want. It was only around £15.

It cannot do swivel to vertical for if you want your screen at portrait aspect, but does do the 45 degrees you mentioned. Can't find a link so I presume it's not available online, but it looks like this:

The arm moves flat so that the top joint sits directly above the bottom joint, if that makes sense...so I'd say around 8cm from wall to the back of the monitor (without measuring it), so add on the monitor's depth to that figure to get the answer to your question :).
