There has been a company wide message go round today that they are now monitoring everyones MSN usage. Is this possible?

Yes, you can get msn packet sniffers. I have witnessed this working.

The above link is the simplest way of monitoring msn traffic. Even tells you what they are saying. Gotto be careful now.
