Monitors, how do you set yours

What monitor do you have and how do you have your settings configured?
I.e contrast/brightness and do you have tools such as NV Digital Vibrance?
What do you do to get the best possible picture

dell 24" - i just leave it on default settings then use the display wizzard in nvidia control panel and up the digital vibrance to 4.

set a comfortable brightness and contrast setting (I like em pretty low), then adobe gamma for colour calibration.
