More AM3+ Motherboards

update:

the e-retailer where i bought the GA-990FXA-UD5 board from, they tested it and even they said it's faulty, so i got my money back, also i should be receive my Asus Crosshair V Formula today....

i've ordered a Asus Crosshair V Formula which i'll receive next week on wednesday or thursday.

and i'm sending my GA-990FXA-UD5 back tomorrow, i've had enough with it

the Asus Crosshair V Formula has nice features such as being able to control the bios using the mouse which will be very helpful for me,, another plus is it has a X-Fi 2 onboard sound.

I read over at HardOCP that X-Fi sound with Crosshair V has software implementation with a Realtek chip so don't expect too much, you are better off with a dedicated sound card ie Xonar DX etc...

Btw guys nice review of Asus 990FX Sabertooth here http://www.legitreviews.com/article/1639/1/,very good USB 3.0 performance and Network etc...

Considering the level of performance and features that we saw today, the ASUS Sabertooth 990FX motherboard is worth every single hard earned dollar! Some of the recent motherboards that we have looked at have come with one to three year warranties. The ASUS Sabertooth 990FX motherboard beats the competition on that as well. The TUF Series of motherboards feature a full five year warranty! With the extreme durability testing the Sabertooth 990FX motherboard goes through, you will likely never need the five year warranty, though at a minimum it's great peace of mind that it's there!

Here is my UD7 with SLI 580 GTX ;)

Have you had any issues?..I saw this thread over at HardOCP http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1616542 ,seems a few owners have serious issues of various sorts where an Asus rep there is trying to solve the issues.
