Judging by ETAs and current availability listed elsewhere, I'd say second half of next week or early the week thereafter. The Crosshair V has an ETA of June 21 in Sweden, for instance.When's are these boards actually available to buy? Crosshair V looks amazing.
It seems strange to have a paper launch considering there's a slew of processors already out that are compatible with them.

Whoa, seems like all the Gigabyte boards are in stock now that you mention it! Strange, doesn't show up unless you go to each model's own page.

Need a CPU to tidy me over till the dozer, what should I go for are the phenom II Duals still unlocking?

Gone uber cheap, sempron 140, assuming I can unlock on that board, only needs to hold the line till the dozer arrives.
I got a 555 a couple of weeks ago that's now fully unlocked and running at 3.8GHz on stock volts, fully stable.

Unfortunatley not. We're talking August/September launch with rumours being the launch is closer to september.

Ive pre-ordered for Asus Crosshair FV and then when BD CPU is release in few months time then I will buy one.... Im no in hurry as it still in pre-order so maybe it come out in few weeks or months. plenty of time

The Thunderbolt card comes with a different, more expensive version of the CHV. It'll likely be launched at a later date.
Its going to be another pack IE CHV/Thunderbolt pack by the sounds of it. The current CHVs Ive seen around at the minute haven't got these included and haven't seen the to come CHV/Thunderbolt pack anywhere to preorder etc yet.
I don't think you can buy the Add on card seperate anywhere yet, even though its been out quite a while already (Supplied with other boards already). There were plans but never heard any more for a seperate.

Can any motherboard expert sum up the difference between the UD3 and UD5 for me please? (And maybe UD7, but that's pushing it

The descriptions look the same and the specs for me are incredibly hard to read apart from they both will hold up to 32GB RAM at "2000(O.C.)/1866/1600/1333/1066 MHz" and both have SATA III.
What else should I be looking at?
