more choices = 2 systems - which one?

I could either get the following next week:

E6300
Gigabyte DS3
2GB DDR2 RAM
X1950 PRO
PSU
Samsung SATA DVD WRitter

OR wait till the very start of feb and order:

E4300 (OR) E6300 (I will see some more reviews on both before chosing)
Gigabyte DS3
2GB DDR2 RAM
8800 GTS 640 MB
PSU
Samsung SATA DVD writter

Which would you do, buy now, or wait the bit of time and get the E4300 (which apparently overclock like crazy) and the 8800 GTS?

*EDIT* forgot to mention, I will be buying the parts and making them myself, in case it wasn't obvious.

Reveiws are saying those E4300's oc like the crazyness i really love the 9x multiplier . Im going to ditch my E6300 for one of those .

As I said, this will be purchased earlier feb (around the 1st - the 4th). Anyone see any issues / improvements?

I will keep that till Quad core becomes cheaper, then replace the 4300 with quad core
