more cpu or ram speed?

hia i currently have my q9550 @ 4ghz and my ddr2 corsair 6gb ram at 942mhz. was wondering if it would be better to sacrifice cpu speed partially for more ram speed or not? cpu would go down to 3.94 and ram would go up to 1115 mhz.

You probably won't notice any performance difference if you increase the ram the speed, i would be inclined to keep as is.

More VCore + FSB Termination voltage. Take it from me though, there's no difference between 4.2 and 4 when talking about fps

Can you tighten the timings to kinda make up for it? I'd go with CPU speed either way, if you can tighten the timings though it'd be nice.
