More RAM

I am looking to buy some more RAM for a board I bought from you guys a while ago:

Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3P

What could I put in there??

Currently I have 4GB sticks, ideally would like 8GB in there?

Any DDR2 kit will work, but DDR2 is expensive at the moment... what's your current RAM kit? Why do you need more RAM?
